ATK/Cannondale Connection

On August 20th ATK Motorcycles purchased all remaining inventory from the Cannondale Motorsports division. The parts consist of motor parts, ATV parts, and motorcycle parts.

Frank White, ATK's CEO, estimates that 25 to 35 full semi-trailer loads will be moved to ATK's Utah factory.

Parts began arriving in Utah on Monday August 25th with a goal to have many of the parts available for sale the week of September 2nd.

Parts will be sold at retail. Dealer pricing will be offered to qualified dealers.

If you need parts, click the "Parts Order Form" link to download an order form. Fill in the form and fax in your order. We currently have many orders and will fulfill orders for the parts, which arrive first. Parts orders will be accepted for credit card purchases only.

ATK will extend operating hours to six days a week, 12 hours a day to fulfill pending parts orders.

After completing the inventory for received parts, ATK will replenish low quantity or out-of-stock parts to help keep your Cannondale motorcycle or ATV on the trail or track!
