Polaris announced its 2021 earnings report and brought with it excellent news for the brand’s earnings and sales figures. In an announcement posted on January 25, 2022 the company stated it enjoyed a 17 percent increase in sales for the 2021 fiscal year over the prior period, helping the company on its way to a year of record sales and earnings.

Polaris’ excellent financial year is highlighted by the 17 percent increase in adjusted sales, bringing the total to $8.198 billion. While deliveries and sales were hampered by supply chain issues in Q4, $2.170 billion of this annual year-over-year increase was reported in the fourth quarter, a 1 percent increase versus the prior year’s same quarter. The company recorded an increase in market share for ORV as well. In its statement, Polaris noted it expects sales to increase by 12 to 15 percent in 2022. This puts the brand on course to set another record.

Mike Speetzen, CEO of Polaris, commented, “Marking a strong finish to the year, we delivered record sales and earnings in 2021, propelled by the Polaris team’s dedication and tenacity as they capitalized on opportunities while navigating the macroeconomic-related headwinds.
