However, we see the value in having an affordable ATV for recreation or work and there are plenty of those machines available. 2016 Honda Recon-$4,040

The Recon is a 2WD utility machine capable of chores that some of the big boys can do. It has low rack heights, an easy to use auto clutch five speed transmission and very predictable suspension. Kymco MXU450i 4X4-$4,999 Here’s one of the lowest cost 4X4 utility quads you can by with independent rear suspension. It has four wheel shaft drive with an on command 4X4 system.
